• Around 5 years of experience in managing interior fit-out projects
• Proven experience from design stage to execution and handover

🛠 Key Skills:

• Strong site supervision and project management skills
• Excellent contractor coordination and communication
• Knowledge of interior fit-out works (ceilings, partitions, flooring, joinery, MEP coordination)
• Ability to manage project timelines and specifications
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Familiarity with drawings, BOQs, and project documentation

📋 Job Description (2 Lines):

Responsible for overseeing interior fit-out projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and coordination between contractors and project teams.

📌 Detailed Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise interior fit-out projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, and suppliers
• Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and quality standards
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project requirements
• Prepare reports and update management on project status
