Proven experience from design stage to execution and handover

Excellent contractor coordination and communication

Knowledge of interior fit-out works (ceilings, partitions, flooring, joinery, MEP coordination)

Ability to manage project timelines and specifications

Problem-solving and decision-making ability

Familiarity with drawings, BOQs, and project documentation

Responsible for overseeing interior fit-out projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and coordination between contractors and project teams.

Manage and supervise interior fit-out projects from start to finish

Coordinate with designers, contractors, and suppliers

Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications

Monitor project progress, timelines, and quality standards

Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project requirements

Prepare reports and update management on project status
