We are urgently seeking a Male Collection Executive for a reputed private firm in Qatar. The candidate will be responsible for visiting customers, collecting payments, and maintaining strong customer relationships while ensuring timely recovery of outstanding dues.
The role requires excellent communication skills, field experience, and the ability to handle customers professionally.
🎯 Key Responsibilities

Visit customers for payment collection and follow-ups

Maintain accurate records of collections and transactions

Handle customer queries and resolve payment issues

Ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Report daily collection activities to management
🎓 Qualifications

Higher Secondary / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree

Valid Qatar Driving License (Mandatory)

Must have Transferable Visa with NOC

Preferred nationality: Keralites (Malayalam speakers)
🛠️ Required Skills

Strong customer handling and communication skills

Negotiation and problem-solving ability

Knowledge of field collection procedures

Malayalam & Hindi communication preferred

Basic reporting skills
⏳ Experience Required

Prior experience in Qatar or GCC is an advantage
