π― Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of cleaning & facility management services

Ensure quality service delivery as per client requirements

Manage workforce planning, scheduling, and performance

Monitor KPIs and improve operational efficiency

Ensure compliance with safety and company standards
π Business Development

Identify new business opportunities in Qatar market

Develop and maintain strong client relationships

Prepare proposals, tenders, and pricing strategies

Achieve sales targets and company growth objectives

Conduct market research and competitor analysis
π Qualifications

Bachelorβs Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field

Additional certifications in Facility Management will be an advantage
