📝 Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Electro Mechanical Engineer to handle maintenance operations in a mall environment, ensuring smooth functioning of all MEP systems.
👉 The ideal candidate will oversee electrical and mechanical systems, including HVAC, and ensure all maintenance activities meet safety and operational standards.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
⚙️ MEP Maintenance

Manage and supervise Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems

Ensure all equipment operates efficiently and safely
-
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance
❄️ HVAC Systems
-
Oversee installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems
-
Ensure proper cooling, ventilation, and energy efficiency
🔌 Electrical & Mechanical Operations
-
Monitor electrical panels, systems, and mechanical equipment
-
Identify faults and ensure timely repairs
📋 Compliance & Safety
-
Ensure compliance with QCDD (Qatar Civil Defence Department) regulations

Maintain safety standards and emergency preparedness

Prepare maintenance reports and documentation
🎓 Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering
💡 Skills Required

Strong knowledge of MEP systems and building maintenance

Experience in HVAC systems and troubleshooting

Familiarity with QCDD regulations and safety standards

Good problem-solving and technical skills

Ability to manage maintenance teams and contractors
📊 Experience
-
Minimum 5+ years of experience in building maintenance or facilities management

Experience in mall or commercial property maintenance preferred

GCC experience is an advantage
