We are urgently seeking an experienced and dedicated Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, manage inventory, and ensure smooth workflow within a food trading environment.
👉 The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining stock accuracy, supervising staff, and ensuring efficient store performance while meeting company standards.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
🏪 Store Operations Management

Oversee daily store activities and ensure smooth operations

Maintain proper storage, handling, and distribution of food products

Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies
📦 Inventory & Stock Control

Monitor stock levels and manage inventory efficiently

Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate records

Coordinate with procurement and sales teams for stock movement
👨💼 Team Supervision

Supervise store staff and assign daily tasks

Train employees on store procedures and safety standards

Ensure discipline and productivity among team members
📊 Reporting & Documentation

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports

Maintain documentation related to stock and store activities

Use MS Excel and systems for data tracking and reporting
🎓 Qualifications

Graduate in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field

Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)

📊 Experience

Minimum 5–6 years of experience in a similar role
