Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Description:

• Develop and implement effective sales & marketing strategies to expand business and increase revenue.
• Manage sales team performance, build client relationships, and identify new market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for pharmaceutical products
• Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve targets
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities
• Maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and distributors

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Experience:

• Minimum 5+ years of local Qatar experience in pharmaceutical/medical sales

Skills Required:

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & reporting tools
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Other Requirements:

• Valid Qatar Driving License
• Must have own/private car
