ELECTRICAL BIM MODELER

📝 Job Description (2 Lines):

The Electrical BIM Modeler is responsible for creating and managing detailed 3D electrical models using BIM software. The role involves coordination with engineering teams to ensure accurate design and clash-free models.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop 3D BIM models for electrical systems
• Coordinate with MEP and architectural teams
• Perform clash detection and resolution
• Prepare shop drawings and documentation
• Ensure compliance with project standards

🎓 Qualification:

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering

🛠️ Skills:

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks
• Knowledge of electrical systems design
• Strong coordination and detailing skills

📊 Experience:

• Minimum 3–5 years of BIM modeling experience
• GCC experience preferred
