📝 Job Description (2 Lines):
The Executive Accountant is responsible for managing daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and maintaining accurate financial records. The role requires expertise in Tally software, accounts management, and strong analytical skills.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations

Handle accounts payable and receivable

Prepare and maintain financial and administrative reports

Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow

Maintain and verify opening balances and ledger entries
-
Follow up on invoices and payments
-
Manage inventory control and stock records
-
Ensure compliance with company financial policies

Assist in audits and financial reviews
🎓 Qualification Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
-
Professional certification (ACCA, CMA, CA – Part Qualified) is a plus
🛠️ Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of Tally ERP software

Expertise in financial reporting and accounting principles

Good understanding of accounts payable/receivable

Proficiency in bank reconciliation and ledger management

📊 Experience Required:

Minimum 4+ years of experience in accounting field

Experience in Qatar or GCC is preferred

Background in HVAC or service industry is an advantage
