Blaster (Sand / Grit Blasting Technician)

🏭 Department:

Industrial Painting & Surface Treatment Department

📌 Job Description:

  • Responsible for preparing metal and other surfaces by sand or grit blasting before coating or painting.
  • Ensures removal of rust, scale, and old paint to achieve proper surface finish as per project standards.

🎓 Qualification:

  • Minimum High School or Technical Training Certificate preferred.

🛠 Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of sandblasting equipment and safety procedures
  • Ability to handle compressors, nozzles, and blasting materials
  • Understanding of surface cleanliness standards (SA standards)

📅 Experience:

  • Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in industrial blasting

  • 🌍 Preferred Nationalities:

    • Indian
    • Nepali
    • Filipino
    • Bangladeshi

    📑 Other Requirements:

    • Transferable visa (Mandatory)
    • Physically fit for industrial work environment
    • Basic communication skills (English preferred)
