A reputed engineering and construction company in Qatar is looking to hire experienced professionals to strengthen its project planning and BIM engineering teams. The company is involved in large-scale construction and MEP projects and utilizes advanced Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies to enhance project design, coordination, and execution.
The company is seeking an experienced Planning Engineer responsible for project scheduling, planning, and progress monitoring. The candidate will work closely with project managers and engineering teams to ensure projects are completed within schedule and budget.
• Prepare project schedules, timelines, and progress reports using project management tools.
• Monitor project progress and coordinate with engineering and construction teams to ensure timely completion.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
Monitor project progress and update planning reports
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports
Coordinate with project managers and site engineers
Identify potential project delays and propose solutions
Assist in project resource planning and allocation
Maintain documentation related to project planning
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Construction Management
Experience in construction project planning and scheduling
Experience working on building or infrastructure projects
Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 or MS Project
Project scheduling and planning expertise
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of construction project lifecycle
Strong reporting and communication skills
