A leading advertising and branding solutions provider in Qatar is expanding its team and looking for experienced professionals to support its growing operations in branding, signage production, and corporate event branding services. The company specializes in vinyl graphics, signage installation, branding materials, and marketing display solutions for commercial and corporate clients.
The company is looking for an experienced Estimation Officer with strong knowledge of advertising, branding, events, and signage projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing project cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and providing accurate quotations for clients.
• Prepare cost estimates and quotations for branding, signage, and event projects.
• Analyze project requirements, materials, labor costs, and production expenses.
Prepare project estimates and budgets
Review client requirements and project specifications
Calculate costs for materials, printing, fabrication, and installation
Coordinate with design and production teams
Prepare professional quotations for clients
Maintain cost databases and project records
Support sales team in pricing strategies
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
Training in cost estimation or project management preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience in branding, signage, or event project estimation
Strong knowledge of advertising and branding materials
Ability to prepare accurate project cost estimates
Good analytical and calculation skills
Experience using Excel and estimation tools
Strong communication and coordination skills
