A private family in Doha is urgently looking for a Male Certified Nurse / Caretaker with strong experience in elderly care. The candidate will work on a full-time live-in basis and assist an elderly gentleman who has mobility difficulties. The role requires professional caregiving, daily assistance, and monitoring of the patient’s health and comfort.
The selected candidate must be compassionate, responsible, and experienced in handling elderly patients with limited mobility.
• Assist the elderly gentleman with daily activities including mobility support, personal hygiene, and medication reminders.
• Provide continuous care and monitoring to ensure the patient’s comfort, safety, and well-being.
Assist with walking, movement, and physical support for mobility issues
Help with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
Monitor health condition and report any changes to family members
Administer prescribed medications if required
Provide companionship and emotional support
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the patient’s living area
Assist with daily routines such as meals and light exercises
Ensure patient safety at all times
Certified Nursing qualification or Caregiver certification
Diploma or degree in Nursing / Healthcare Assistance preferred
First Aid or Basic Life Support certification is an advantage
Minimum 5 years of experience in elderly care or nursing assistance
Experience in home care or private caregiving preferred
Previous experience assisting patients with mobility difficulties
Strong caregiving and patient support skills
Knowledge of elderly healthcare and mobility assistance
Compassionate, patient, and responsible personality
Ability to handle emergency situations calmly
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a private home environment
