Job Description:
We are hiring Fire Sealant Technicians with experience in installing firestop systems and sealants. The candidate should be familiar with safety standards and fire protection codes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply fire-resistant sealants around piping, ducts, joints, and penetrations

• Interpret technical drawings and specifications for firestop applications

• Ensure all work meets required fire safety regulations and standards

• Use appropriate tools and materials for fireproofing and sealing

• Conduct site inspections to assess and complete firestopping tasks

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus

• Minimum 2 years of experience in fire sealant or firestopping work

• Familiarity with UL systems and passive fire protection materials

Skills:

• Precision and attention to detail

• Knowledge of materials like intumescent sealants, fire-rated boards, etc.

• Ability to work independently or in a team

• Understanding of safety practices and compliance regulations
