Job Description:

Oryx Gulf is urgently seeking a female Recruitment Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process specifically for Home Care Nurses. The ideal candidate must have strong recruitment experience in the healthcare sector and a deep understanding of labor laws and recruitment standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit qualified nurses for home care services

  • Maintain and develop a strong network in local and international nursing recruitment channels

  • Coordinate interviews, selection processes, and onboarding procedures

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and recruitment regulations

  • Maintain up-to-date recruitment records and reports

  • Liaise with licensing bodies and immigration departments as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in healthcare recruitment (especially nurses)

  • In-depth understanding of Qatari labor laws and international recruitment standards

  • Female candidates only (as per job requirement)
