Job Description:

The Senior Electrical Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for electrical works in building construction projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Study project specifications and drawings to prepare BOQs

  • Estimate materials, manpower, and time required for electrical systems

  • Evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors

  • Prepare tender documents and pricing sheets

  • Coordinate with project teams and procurement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in estimation

  • Solid experience in high-rise and low-rise building projects

Skills Required:

  • Expertise in estimation software and MS Excel

  • Strong understanding of electrical systems (LV/MV)

  • Detail-oriented with strong mathematical and analytical skills

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
