Job Description:

The Senior Mechanical Estimation Engineer will handle the estimation of HVAC, plumbing, and fire fighting systems for building construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze project drawings and specifications for mechanical systems

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs

• Collect and review vendor/supplier offers

• Prepare and submit tender documentation

• Assist in technical and commercial proposal preparation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

• 8+ years of experience in mechanical estimation

• Background in building services projects (residential & commercial)

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in estimation software and Excel

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire fighting codes

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

• Effective communication and team coordination
