Job Description:

A reputed company in Qatar is urgently looking to hire a Sales Supervisor with proven experience in Car Tinting, Paint Protection Film (PPF), Car Polishing, and Car Wash Services.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage sales operations for car care services

• Handle walk-in customers and respond to inquiries

• Promote and upsell services like tinting, PPF, polishing, and washing

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

• Monitor team performance and daily operations

• Maintain reports on sales and client feedback

• Coordinate with technical teams for service delivery

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in car care or automotive detailing services

• Must hold a valid Qatar Driving License

• Experience in team leadership and sales operations

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of car tinting, PPF, polish, and wash services

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Team management and sales supervision skills

• Ability to meet sales targets

• Bilingual (Arabic/English) preferred but not mandatory
