Job Description:

Pixel Advertising is looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Executive with experience in the printing and advertising industry. The candidate should have a moderate level of experience and be capable of handling client acquisition, sales follow-ups, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients in need of printing and advertising services.

  • Promote and sell printing solutions such as banners, brochures, flyers, business cards, etc.

  • Understand client needs and provide appropriate product recommendations and quotations.

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.

  • Follow up on leads, prepare proposals, and close sales deals.

  • Coordinate with production and design teams to ensure timely delivery.

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and report progress to management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales within the printing or advertising industry.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong understanding of printing materials, formats, and production timelines.

  • Must be currently residing in Qatar.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to build rapport with clients.

  • Good knowledge of the local market.

  • Customer-focused attitude with a proactive mindset.

  • Basic knowledge of graphic design software is a plus (optional).

  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
