Location: Doha, Qatar
The company is urgently looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives / Sales Engineers to join their team. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in construction field supplies or retail within Qatar. A valid Qatari driving license is required.
Generate new sales leads and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Visit clients and project sites to promote and sell building materials.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Prepare and deliver presentations and technical proposals.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery follow-up.
Experience: Minimum 2–4 years in construction material supply or retail in Qatar (preferred).
Education:
Sales Executive: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Sales Engineer: Mechanical Engineering degree preferred.
License: Valid Qatari Driving License is mandatory.
Residency: Must be available in Qatar and willing to transfer sponsorship.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of Qatar construction market and customer base.
Technical understanding of building materials and construction-related products.
Negotiation and presentation skills.
Target-driven and self-motivated personality.
Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
