Job Description:
We are currently looking for a skilled and results-driven Mechanical Sales Executive / Sales Engineer with solid experience in the fabrication and machining industry. The ideal candidate must be proactive in identifying business opportunities, technically sound, and capable of driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the fabrication and machining sector.

  • Promote and sell the company’s services including CNC machining, welding, and custom fabrication.

  • Conduct site visits, technical assessments, and prepare detailed quotations.

  • Coordinate with the production team to ensure customer requirements are met.

  • Identify market trends and competitor activities to strategize sales plans.

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.

  • Prepare sales reports and present updates to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales within the fabrication and machining industry.

  • Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory.

Skills:

  • Strong technical knowledge of fabrication and machining processes.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and customer requirements.

  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
