Job Description:

A reputable company is urgently seeking a highly experienced Garage Manager who is fluent in Arabic and has in-depth knowledge of heavy equipment (Caterpillar) and trucks (Actros). The ideal candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the garage, ensuring efficiency, quality maintenance, and optimal performance of the fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise garage operations including repairs, servicing, and maintenance.

  • Oversee technicians and ensure proper work scheduling and task delegation.

  • Diagnose mechanical issues and provide technical support to staff.

  • Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards.

  • Manage spare parts inventory and procurement.

  • Prepare reports on maintenance activities and equipment status.

  • Coordinate with operations and fleet teams for scheduling maintenance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering preferred.

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience managing a garage/workshop, specifically with heavy equipment and trucks.

  • Experience with Caterpillar and Actros is mandatory.

  • Fluency in Arabic is required.

Skills Required:

  • Strong technical expertise in heavy machinery and truck maintenance.
