Job Description:
The Van Salesman will be responsible for direct sales and delivery of FMCG products to retail outlets and small stores. This includes managing route plans, collecting payments, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Load, transport, and deliver FMCG products to customers daily.
- Promote and sell products to existing and new retail clients.
- Collect payments and ensure reconciliation.
- Maintain daily route records and stock reports.
- Build rapport with clients and gather market feedback.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a Van Salesman in FMCG sector in Qatar is essential.
- Valid Qatar driving license and transferable NOC required.
Skills:
- Familiar with Qatar retail routes and local trade practices.
- Good customer service and sales skills.
- Ability to manage route targets and delivery schedules.
- Basic math and recordkeeping skills.
