Job Description:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and expanding sales within the FMCG sector across various trade channels such as Modern Trade, General Trade, or Down Trade. The role requires effective communication, sales planning, and customer relationship management.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across trade channels.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities to drive growth.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field (preferred).
Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in FMCG sector in Qatar.
Valid Qatar driving license and transferable NOC required.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of Modern Trade, General Trade, and Down Trade channels.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
