Job Description:
The Administrator will provide high-level administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and projects. The role includes document control, data entry, coordination with various departments, and support to management.
Responsibilities:
Maintain office records and documentation.
Coordinate with HR, finance, and procurement departments.
Support in preparing purchase requests, work orders, and tracking deliveries.
Monitor schedules, deadlines, and follow-up on pending tasks.
Maintain accurate records of labor and material usage.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree.
2–4 years of experience in administration within the Oil & Gas or Construction sectors.
Familiarity with ERP systems.
Skills:
Strong administrative and clerical skills.
Fluency in English and Hindi.
Computer literacy, especially in MS Office.
Estimation and documentation skills.
