Job Description:

Luxury Home, a company based in Doha, is urgently hiring a Draftsman (AutoCAD & 3D Visualizer) with a strong background in interior design drawings, 3D modeling, and rendering. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed interior layouts and producing realistic 3D visuals for client presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare 2D interior drawings, floor plans, and technical layouts using AutoCAD.

  • Create high-quality 3D models and rendered visualizations using 3ds Max.

  • Interpret sketches, plans, and design ideas into detailed drawings and visuals.

  • Collaborate with interior designers and project managers to translate design concepts.

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in all design documentation.

  • Deliver presentations and visual concepts to clients for approvals.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in drafting and 3D visualization.

Skills Required:

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and rendering engines such as V-Ray or Corona.

  • Strong understanding of interior layouts, furniture detailing, and material finishes.

  • Attention to detail and strong visualization ability.

  • Good communication and time management skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
