Job Description:

The company is urgently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to handle cost estimation, project valuation, and contractual documentation for ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents.

  • Evaluate subcontractor invoices and prepare payment certificates.

  • Perform cost control, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting.

  • Monitor project variations and handle claims and contracts.

  • Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and site teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying (MEP or civil projects).

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and cost estimation software.

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.

  • In-depth knowledge of contracts, FIDIC, and procurement practices.

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
