The catering company is urgently seeking a Head Cook with proven experience in preparing Asian, Arabic, and African cuisines. The candidate must have a strong understanding of kitchen management, menu planning, and food quality control.
Develop and plan menus catering to diverse cuisines: Asian, Arabic, and African.
Supervise the kitchen team and ensure food preparation meets quality and hygiene standards.
Monitor inventory, ingredients, and kitchen supplies.
Manage kitchen operations and ensure timely delivery of meals.
Train and guide kitchen staff including cooks and assistant cooks.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen.
Diploma or certification in culinary arts is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Cook or Executive Chef in a catering or hospitality setup.
Expertise in multicultural cuisines (Asian, Arabic, African).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen equipment.
