Job Description:

The catering company is urgently seeking a Head Cook with proven experience in preparing Asian, Arabic, and African cuisines. The candidate must have a strong understanding of kitchen management, menu planning, and food quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and plan menus catering to diverse cuisines: Asian, Arabic, and African.

  • Supervise the kitchen team and ensure food preparation meets quality and hygiene standards.

  • Monitor inventory, ingredients, and kitchen supplies.

  • Manage kitchen operations and ensure timely delivery of meals.

  • Train and guide kitchen staff including cooks and assistant cooks.

  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or certification in culinary arts is preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Cook or Executive Chef in a catering or hospitality setup.

Skills Required:

  • Expertise in multicultural cuisines (Asian, Arabic, African).

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Good communication and organizational skills.
