Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified MEP Quantity Surveyor to manage all costs relating to MEP projects, from initial estimates to final accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quantity take-offs for MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).

  • Evaluate and process subcontractor and supplier payments.

  • Assist with budgeting and tendering processes.

  • Prepare monthly valuations and project cost reports.

  • Coordinate with project managers and procurement teams.

Qualifications:

  • Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.

  • Minimum 3–4 years of MEP QS experience in Qatar.

Skills:

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS software.

  • Attention to detail and analytical mindset.

  • Strong understanding of MEP drawings and BOQs.
