Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced MEP Quantity Supervisor to oversee the measurement and quantification of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works and materials.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review quantity take-offs for MEP works.

  • Assist in tendering and cost estimation processes.

  • Verify and certify subcontractor quantities and claims.

  • Monitor project material consumption vs. planned quantities.

  • Coordinate with the project team, engineers, and procurement.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Quantity Surveying.

  • 10 years of Gulf experience in MEP quantity supervision.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity surveying software.

  • Strong analytical and measurement skills.

  • Attention to detail and documentation ability.
