Job Description:
Dream Property is hiring an experienced AC VRF Technician to carry out installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) systems across residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair VRF HVAC systems.

  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions and inefficiencies.

  • Read and interpret HVAC drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.

  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and technical standards.

  • Coordinate with supervisors and other technicians to complete assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or technical certification in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, or HVAC.

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with VRF systems in the GCC region.

  • Knowledge of brands like Daikin, LG, Mitsubishi, etc., is preferred.

Skills:

  • Expertise in VRF/VRV systems installation and maintenance.

  • Ability to work independently and troubleshoot complex HVAC issues.

  • Familiarity with HVAC tools, meters, and equipment.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
