Job Description:
Sta. Clara Int’l Co. W.L.L. is seeking an experienced Business Development & Marketing Officer to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting the company's services across Qatar.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and business development plans.

  • Identify new project leads, business opportunities, and client contacts.

  • Prepare business proposals, prequalification documents, and presentations.

  • Represent the company in meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to support bid submissions and tenders.

  • Analyze market trends and provide reports to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • Experience in the construction, engineering, or industrial sectors is highly preferred.

Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office and business presentation tools.

  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).

  • Strong knowledge of Qatar’s construction and industrial market.
