Job Description:
A reputed plastic manufacturing factory in Qatar is looking to hire an experienced Sales Executive. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in industrial or B2B sales, specifically within the plastic manufacturing or packaging sector, and be familiar with the Qatari market.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the plastic products market.

  • Manage existing client accounts and maintain strong relationships.

  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.

  • Coordinate with the production and logistics team to ensure timely deliveries.

  • Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Maintain proper sales records and report regularly to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Valid Qatar driving license (mandatory).

  • Transferable visa with NOC (preferred).

Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Deep understanding of the plastic manufacturing industry in Qatar.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.

  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
