Job Description:
Seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer specialized in HVAC and Plumbing systems for luxury hotel project execution and coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Develop HVAC and plumbing design and detailed shop drawings.

• Coordinate mechanical systems with other disciplines.

• Review subcontractor and supplier submissions.

• Monitor site implementation and quality.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• Professional certification (UPDA/MMUP preferred).

Skills:

• Proficient in AutoCAD, HAP, Duct Sizer, and HVAC design software.

• Deep knowledge of plumbing and fire protection systems.

• Strong coordination, supervision, and technical reporting skills.

• Experience with 5-star hotel HVAC and plumbing layouts.
