Job Description:
Lithic Labs is hiring a Part-Time Business Development Executive to join our growing team. We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced professional to generate leads, build client relationships, and close deals in the design, digital marketing, or software development industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients in relevant sectors
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Promote the company’s services including branding, digital campaigns, and custom software solutions
Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations and proposals
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
Provide regular reports on market trends and customer feedback
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred)
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in business development, preferably in design, digital marketing, or software development
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of digital products and services
Proven negotiation and sales closing skills
Ability to work independently and manage flexible work hours
Proficient in using CRM tools and MS Office
