Job Description:
EazyGo is hiring an Admin Panel Controller to oversee the daily operations of its ride-hailing platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring the admin panel, handling real-time issues, ensuring smooth coordination between drivers and users, and generating daily reports for management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the ride-hailing app’s admin panel and ensure smooth daily operations

  • Coordinate between drivers, customers, and support teams

  • Respond promptly to issues such as ride delays, cancellations, or app errors

  • Maintain accurate logs and generate operational reports for management

  • Monitor ride statistics, earnings, and driver performance

  • Assist in onboarding and managing driver data

  • Report bugs or technical issues to the development team

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field

  • Previous experience managing admin panels or operations in a tech/app-based environment

Skills:

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and manage digital platforms quickly

  • Excellent coordination and communication skills

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills

  • Ability to multitask and handle time-sensitive issues

  • Proficient in MS Excel and other reporting tools

  • Familiarity with ride-hailing or logistics apps is an advantage
