A prestigious business group in Qatar is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to oversee the lighting division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing sales strategies, and maintaining a strong customer and market presence.
Design and implement strategic business plans to expand the company’s customer base and strengthen market presence.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and profitability goals.
Identify emerging markets, product trends, and competitor activity.
Source new suppliers and products in the lighting sector.
Provide regular performance feedback to senior management.
Maintain accurate pricing, sales, and activity reports.
Present sales, revenue, and expense forecasts to the management.
Conduct research and development to support sales growth and innovation.
Experience: 5–10 years of proven sales experience in a trading company in Qatar.
Specialization: Must have specific experience in lighting products (e.g., chandeliers, indoor and outdoor lighting).
Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of customer behavior, market dynamics, and emerging trends.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire sales teams effectively.
Communication: Excellent business communication and leadership skills.
Innovation: Capability in research and development for business improvement.
