Job Description:

A reputable company in Qatar is urgently looking to hire a female Admin / Document Controller with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. The candidate should be well-organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in document control and administrative support tasks. Accommodation is not provided.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize company documents and ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards

  • Maintain proper filing and archiving systems (both physical and digital)

  • Support daily administrative and clerical tasks including correspondence, scheduling, and data entry

  • Handle internal and external communications professionally

  • Track document versions, revisions, and approvals

  • Assist project teams and management with document-related tasks


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in document control or administrative roles

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevant field (preferred but not mandatory)

  • Must be currently residing in Qatar with valid Qatar ID

  • Must be female and immediately available to join


Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

  • Good verbal and written communication in English

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

  • Detail-oriented with good record-keeping ability
