A reputable company in Qatar is urgently looking to hire a female Admin / Document Controller with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. The candidate should be well-organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in document control and administrative support tasks. Accommodation is not provided.
Manage and organize company documents and ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards
Maintain proper filing and archiving systems (both physical and digital)
Support daily administrative and clerical tasks including correspondence, scheduling, and data entry
Handle internal and external communications professionally
Track document versions, revisions, and approvals
Assist project teams and management with document-related tasks
Minimum 2 years of experience in document control or administrative roles
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevant field (preferred but not mandatory)
Must be currently residing in Qatar with valid Qatar ID
Must be female and immediately available to join
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Good verbal and written communication in English
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Detail-oriented with good record-keeping ability
