Job Description:
The company is looking for an experienced Transportation Foreman with at least 5 years of experience managing fleet and drivers. The foreman will supervise daily vehicle movement, schedules, and ensure efficient transport operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of drivers and vehicle movement

Manage transport schedules and dispatch assignments

Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance protocols

Handle documentation related to transport operations

Report issues related to breakdowns, delays, or route planning
Qualifications:

High school diploma or relevant technical qualification

Minimum 5 years of experience in a transportation foreman role

Knowledge of Qatar’s road routes and traffic regulations

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
