Job Description:

We are urgently seeking experienced Planning Engineers to join our team for an ongoing Oil & Gas project in Ras Laffan Industrial City. The engineer will be responsible for scheduling, progress tracking, and coordinating project planning activities across multiple engineering disciplines.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and monitor project schedules using planning software.

  • Coordinate with project managers and discipline engineers.

  • Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports.

  • Identify delays and propose corrective actions.

  • Monitor resource allocation and productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, etc.)

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Oil & Gas sector

  • Proficiency in Primavera (P6) or similar tools

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and scheduling skills

  • Multidisciplinary coordination

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Knowledge of RLIC project procedures is a plus
