Job Description:

Hiring skilled Supervisors with field experience in Rigging, Lifting, and Scaffolding activities for industrial construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise rigging and scaffolding teams on-site.

• Ensure safety compliance and proper equipment use.

• Coordinate with HSE and QA/QC teams.

• Maintain logs and daily activity reports.

Qualifications:

• Technical Diploma or relevant certifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Oil & Gas field work

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of lifting plans and scaffolding codes

• Supervisory and leadership skills

• Excellent understanding of site safety
