Job Description:
Urgently required Electrical/Mechanical BIM Modeler to create coordinated MEP BIM models for building services.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed MEP models using Revit.

• Coordinate electrical and mechanical services within the model.

• Work with engineers and BIM team to ensure compliance with project standards.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.

• 2+ years of BIM modeling experience in MEP projects.

Skills Required:

• Strong experience with Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.

• Knowledge of MEP systems and clash detection.

• Attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills.
