A reputed company in Doha is urgently seeking an experienced Admin Secretary to handle administrative and clerical tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and must be proficient in handling quotations, purchase orders, and email correspondence.
Prepare and manage quotations and purchase orders.
Monitor and respond to all types of email communications professionally and promptly.
Maintain organized records of administrative documents.
Assist in day-to-day office operations and support senior management.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments for documentation and communication.
Perform other secretarial and administrative duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in administrative roles.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
