Job Description:

A reputed company in Doha is urgently seeking an experienced Admin Secretary to handle administrative and clerical tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and must be proficient in handling quotations, purchase orders, and email correspondence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage quotations and purchase orders.

  • Monitor and respond to all types of email communications professionally and promptly.

  • Maintain organized records of administrative documents.

  • Assist in day-to-day office operations and support senior management.

  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments for documentation and communication.

  • Perform other secretarial and administrative duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
