Job Description:

LA Ocean is currently seeking a talented and creative Architect with a strong focus on interior design to join our innovative and collaborative team in Doha. This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of hands-on experience who is passionate about creating inspiring and functional spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop conceptual designs and translate them into working drawings and specifications.

  • Create interior layouts for residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.

  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand project requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

  • Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure design integrity and project delivery.

  • Select materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with project aesthetics and budget.

  • Prepare presentations, 3D renderings, and mood boards.

  • Conduct site visits and ensure design compliance during implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design from a recognized institution.

  • 2–3 years of professional experience in architecture and interior design.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design capabilities in interior projects.

Key Skills:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering software (e.g., Lumion, V-Ray).

  • Creative thinking and strong aesthetic sense.

  • Excellent presentation and visual communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.

  • Ability to manage time and meet project deadlines.
