Location: Doha, Qatar

Job Description:
The company is urgently hiring an experienced Estimator specialized in carpentry and decoration works. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge in cost estimation, wood types, material pricing, and tender documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for carpentry and fit-out projects

• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and related documents

• Source material prices and labor costs for quotations

• Coordinate with procurement and project teams for budget alignment

• Prepare and submit tender documents

• Track and update cost data to support budgeting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field (preferred)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in estimation within the carpentry/woodwork industry

Skills:

• Excellent knowledge of wood materials, joinery techniques, and market pricing

• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software

• Strong analytical and mathematical skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
