Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Group Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the sales and marketing strategies across our group divisions in Printing & Packaging, Advertising, Events, and Exhibitions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth

  • Lead and manage sales and marketing teams across multiple business units

  • Establish and build strategic partnerships to expand the company’s market presence

  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities

  • Oversee the development of marketing materials and promotional campaigns

  • Achieve sales targets and prepare performance reports for upper management

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in a similar role

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Skills:

  • Strong industry knowledge in Printing & Packaging, Advertising, Events & Exhibitions

  • Proven leadership and team management abilities

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Strong track record of business development and strategic planning
