Job Description:
Seeking a dynamic Sales Admin Assistant to support the sales team with administrative duties and ensure efficient coordination of sales operations.
Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations
Coordinate with customers and internal departments
Maintain and update sales records and customer databases
Handle quotations, invoices, and follow-ups
Support day-to-day admin tasks for the sales department
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales administration
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Skills:
Excellent oral, written, and communication skills
Goal-oriented and results-driven
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
Candidates must have:
Valid QID
NOC
Food Handling Certificate (for Chef and Waitress/Waiter positions)
