Position: Shift Supervisor (DSV / Construction Vessel)

Company: Leading International Oil & Gas Company
Location: Offshore – EPC Project (3 Years)

Job Description:
Responsible for overseeing day-to-day offshore activities on Diving Support Vessels and construction vessels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage offshore shifts and ensure project schedules are met.

• Ensure safe execution of all operations.

• Coordinate between onshore and offshore teams.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or equivalent.

• Offshore Safety and Leadership Training certifications.

Experience:
Minimum 20 years in Offshore Oil & Gas Projects.

Skills:

• Strong supervisory and vessel management experience.

• Excellent knowledge of offshore construction and diving support operations.
