Job Description:

We are looking for experienced Flag Men / Banksmen to join our site operation teams. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in construction or industrial sites and be familiar with traffic and hand signal safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct traffic and machinery safely using proper hand signals.

• Monitor and maintain safe working areas for personnel and vehicles.

• Communicate clearly with machine operators and site workers to guide heavy equipment.

• Report any unsafe conditions or near misses to the supervisor immediately.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience in a similar role.

• Knowledge of hand signals, traffic management, and basic safety regulations.

• Must be physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

• Candidates must be based in Qatar with a transferable visa.

• Ready to join immediately.
