Job Description:

A reputed company in Qatar is seeking a qualified Lawyer cum PRO to handle legal affairs and liaise with government entities for company documentation and legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal counsel and advice on corporate matters.

  • Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents.

  • Handle all PRO tasks including immigration, labour, and municipality transactions.

  • Liaise with various government departments and ensure timely renewal of licenses and legal documents.

  • Represent the company in legal matters and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law.

  • Proven experience as a Lawyer and PRO in Qatar.

  • Fluent in Arabic and English.

  • Must be from Arab nationality.

  • Sound knowledge of Qatari labour laws and government procedures.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Legal drafting and research.

  • Time management and ability to handle multiple tasks.
