Job Description:

Oversees all aspects of infrastructure project execution. Responsible for strategic planning, delivery, budget control, and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Lead multi-disciplinary construction teams.

• Ensure adherence to project timelines and budget.

• Manage subcontractors, consultants, and project teams.

• Oversee HSE compliance and quality assurance.

• Represent the company in high-level project meetings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

• 15+ years’ experience in road/infrastructure projects, with at least 5 in a similar leadership role.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and communication.

• High-level project and contract management.

• Familiar with Qatar construction regulations.
